I’m not sure of my nail size what should I do?
All press on sets include 2 of each sizes 0-9 to ensure that they fit MOST nails . If your nail beds are smaller or wider than most and you are still unsure then you may order a sizing kit to make sure your press ons are the correct size for YOU!
How long will the nails stay on?
The duration depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, how rough you are on your hands and your choice of adhesive(nail glue or sticky tabs). Approximately 1 to 2 weeks with nail glue or 2-3 days with sticky tabs.
Are the nails reusable?
Yes, the use of nail tabs will make the nails reusable instantly, and for those that prefer nai glue I'd suggest not using a lot of glue to reduce build up.
What if the nails I purchased don't fit?
Due to the nature of the products Junkbyjass is not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered. There will no be NO REFUNDS OE EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS
Are these Acrylic nails?
No, all nails have either Builder Gel, layers of Top Coat or both for durability and longevity.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! If you have a concept in mind please contact via email to discuss your design at: junkbyjass@gmail.com with custom set in the subject line.
Be advised that not every idea or design can be created or duplicated, so your original concept may be declined or altered
Can I make changes to a design?
Yes, sets are made to order and may be customized to your liking unless stated otherwise. If you prefer a different color, matte or glossy finish, shorter length or simple design changes simply make a note in the special requests. For bigger changes that include adding on more please submit a " Custom order" request.
How many nails come in each set?
All sets come with 20 nails .Two of each size 0-9

How long will it take to ship my order?
Shipping take 3-5 days. Due to Covid-19 you may experience some shipping delays from USPS . The process time is 1-3 days. So about 4-8 days. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS ITEM THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
*Please note that this time frame is only for after your item ships, not creation time. Creation time can take 3 days to 2+ weeks.
Due to a high volume of orders THIS IS JUST AN ESTIMATED TIME FRAME. There is no guarantee that your order will be shipped within this time frame. They may be shipped sooner but can certainly take longer. This is due to the amount of nail sets purchased in each order. Bigger orders take longer to complete which causes some delays. Also keep in mind, that all sets are made to order and worked on by one person, in the order they were received. If you choose an already made set your nails will be shipped sooner.

My package was marked as Delivered by USPS ,but I didn’t receive it. (Also read below for lost or missing packages)
Once a package has been picked up by USPS and the tracking number associated to the order has been updated, Junk By Jass hands over any and all accountability for shipping, transit and delivery. Junk By Jass assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders.
If your order was marked as “delivered” by USPS and its missing; check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake or contact your local post office. You may also file a claim directly with USPS at

Do you accept cancellations, returns or exchanges?
I DON'T ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS.RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Due to the nature of my handmade products I do not accept returns or make any exchanges * Exception If products arrive defective or damaged due to the seller a REPLACEMENT SET WILL BE ISSUED. If so, email junkbyjass@gmail.com and include an image of the defective or damaged product for review.
Also, double check shipping information before checking out. If there’s an apartment, suite or unit number make sure you enter it to avoid a “Return To Sender” issue.
